Antimicrobial Eczema Therapy With Hypochlorous Acid, Removes Bacteria So Skin Can Heal
I've been using this in one form or another (lots of different brands, but it's all the same product). It helps remove bacteria from the skin and reduce inflammation. We spray every night! Also great for diabetics to help prevent skin infection.
We tried this when Rebecca was a baby and it helps SO much. Honey is a natural healer for irritation and is so soothing. It is also a great ointment. The only issue is that it can be kind of sticky, so if you are using over a large area, I would let it absorb before putting on PJs.
This is a miracle product. A moisturizer that also provides barrier protection. I like to use in the winter when my eyelid eczema comes back full force, if I have a sore nose from blowing it, on eczema dry patches or even on dry hands. It works on everything. Great if you cry a lot too!
This is the best cream for extra dry skin. We apply this to every night to Rebecca's skin and I use as my winter moisturizer too. It is thick and takes some work to absorb, but it works so well.
I spent a month researching humidifiers last January because I went to use our Crane humidifier and was grossed out that I could not actually see what was left in it. I just feel like I could never actually clean it. I watched a lot of humidifier comparisons and it was between the Canopy and the Carepod and went with the Carepod because I liked that it was see through, did not need filters, was quiet and did not leak like some of the Canopy reviews stated. There are several different types of the humidifier based on the sq. footage you need. I only bought the mini because spending $100 on a humidifier was already a stretch for me, but I also did not need to humidify (?) more than 300 sq ft. Carepod gifted us with the Carepod One and I gave it to Missy to test out since it covers 500 sq feet and she has an open floor plan. It has a stainless steel container where the water goes and uses the same oscillator system to create the humidity from the water. You can also sterilize the bowl or wash in the dishwasher. Missy loves it! They also have great customer service as I have had a few people reach out that something stopped working and they replaced no questions asked. There is a reason this product is sold out (worth signing up for notifications). It is one of the most hydrating cleansers I have used - and it is not just for the face - you can use it in the shower too! I started to use it during the winter time with just a splash of scented body wash and could not believe how soft my skin felt afterwards! It is also a great second cleanse and ends up emulsifying well.
I have not yet tried it, but I think this would be a great option for a barrier treatment to help lock in moisture. Apply after shower or applying a lotion.
