Sheer Liquid Foundations to use as a base under Seint for a Full Coverage VERY dewy (gorgeous) Application.

I have played with so many foundations for this. These are THE BEST for this look. This is for a very dewy, full coverage layered application. Any of these with Seint over top gives an absolutely GORGEOUS finish! You will definitely want to use CT setting spray over this!
